Biography/Background
Mr. Taylor joined CED in 2021 as a Mechanical Engineer. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science & Technology in Rolla, Missouri, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. His credentials include a Project Management Professional certificate from the Project Management Institute in Pennsylvania and a Private Pilot rating from the Federal Aviation Administration.
Mr. Taylor is a proud member of the Army Engineer Association, the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
Prior to joining CED, Mr. Taylor served 10 years in the United States Army in numerous organizations as an operations and logistics officer at the battalion and brigade levels, platoon leader and company commander, and culminating with his assignment as a Small Group Instructor for the Engineer Captains Career Course in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. He is experienced with property, facility, and personnel management, maintenance, explosive and mechanical demolition, occupational safety, and risk management. He is a registered professional engineer (P.E.) in the states of Missouri and Maryland.
