Anthony Paglia is one of CED’s Civil Engineers specializing in underground construction activities. Mr. Paglia’s holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and is a registered engineer in the State of Ohio.
Mr. Paglia possesses an extensive background in design and construction management of projects involving underground work. His areas of expertise consist of new utility installations, rehabilitation of existing utilities, installation of deep tunnels in various soil and rock conditions, installation of shafts including their soil support systems, soil stabilization (jet grouting and consolidation grouting) and bypass pump systems for the diversion of sewer flows.
Mr. Paglia’s employment experience spans over 25 years in various aspects of the design, construction and manufacturing industries. He has been employed with the government, an engineering firm, a general contractor and a manufacturer of concrete pipe. He was previously employed with a governmental sewer agency as a project engineer responsible for managing consulting engineer contracts and obtaining permits. His experience also includes employment as a project manager for a general contractor performing above and below ground work.
